Major: AYA History
- I want my friends to describe me as: Loyal and caring.
- Memorable learning experience: Traveling to Europe.
- My favorite subject at school and why? History and English. I always loved learning of past events and how to possible fix the past mistakes for the future ones. But at the same time I enjoy readings Shakespeare, Maya Angelou and various other writers, as well as creative writing.
- Accomplishment I most cherish: I most cherish when I won the People to People Sports Ambassador of the Year. I was nominated by the coach I had when I went to Holland for an international soccer tournament. I then wrote an essay about my experience during that trip and won the honor of receiving the award and attending another experience in Austria for another international soccer tournament.
- My work habits can best be described as: Hard working, ambitious, and able to multitask.
- Three words that describe me best: Ambitious, goal oriented, compassionate.
- What I hope to be doing in ten years: I'm hoping to have my masters done and working towards my doctorate that way I will be able to teach at a college level.
- What I do in my spare time: The little amount of free time I do have, I spend with friends, reading, or playing my guitar
- Things I can do without: I could do without stress.
- My all-time favorite movie: I don't have just one, I love the Harry Potter series and anything based off Nicholas Sparks's books.
- Three things always found in my refrigerator: Sweet Tea, Ranch Dressing, and apples.
- Person I would like to meet: Scotty McCreery or Damian McGinty
- What are your general expectations about this class? I am obviously filling a requirement, but also I am hoping to learn how to successfully use variations of technology within my own classroom.
- How comfortable are you using Windows? How comfortable are you using Macs? With windows, I haven't really used it since middle school. Macs on the other hand I am very comfortable with them.
- Which application(s) do you use the most? I use basically everything on a Mac, I was apart of a 21st century learning class in high school where we used our core subjects and learned through technology.
- Is there anything I need to know about you? I don't really believe so.
- What is your attitude about using technology? I love learning new things and being able to capitalize on the opportunities it could bring forth.
